Providers has all the right to protect there broadcasting materials but the minute it comes out then it's there and become free to every one to watch. Providers can make some kind of agreement with IPTV providers to pay very small fees for certain important events and every provider agreement must be separate than the other .
Well lets make it simple away from hypocrisy ٍ Streaming must be for free and its for every one to use , No regulator , or legislator can ask fees for such technology nor they can't prevent people to use the content of it. Media , Cable companies etc.. has NO exclusivity over Streaming and Air Broadcasting they are making millions of dollers by simply monopolizing the service , we as human has the right to take advantage of this technology the way we like weather with Kodi or with out Kodi therefore IPTV is 120% legal and no one has the right to say other than this . I am with monitoring and regulate the IPTV service but to make it illegal this is not acceptable.
