You can either use simple iptv or an addon like epicstream or fab etc vaders doesnt work. If you really want to go hard setup plex on xbox and use that for iptv with tvheadend.
For those who want it really simple and don’t run their plex media server on linux: I installed MyIptv on xbox one and it works perfectly. I used Kodi before and although it’s not bad at all the MyIptv app seems to load everything faster, seems to have less issues with epg (only kodi on xbox one has the epg issue here in my household, kodi on other devices works as expected) and has a simple way to manage favorites. Since I tried it out I never went back to Kodi for IPTV.
Add your playlists to Plex and watch through the plex app

I use Kodi and PVR Simple Client with Vader's, and it works well.
