You will need to download either perfectplayer/progtv/stbemu/gse and buy a subscription and input your details into w.e app you chose.

Blue-Thunder

Return it and buy a Mag. Easiest to use for a noob like you. Simple, effective and most cable like experience you will get.

I'm sure that box will work just as well as the other cheap android boxes available.

Do yourself a favour, ask first and understand the differences between the features of different boxes, see what people recommend around here before buying a box. Send that box back for a refund.

A bit of cautious research before jumping in will pay off in the long run.

start by buying something you have no idea what to do with. oh wait, you already did that

For IPTV only I would suggest the dreamlinks or buzztv for same price. Normal andorid boxes are not going to be like cable tv as much as the aforementioned boxes will be.

For this box you have you'll need to download something like stbemu. Then you'd need to set up an IPTV subscription. Better to play around yourself. Do some research and then ask specific questions. I'm sure someone will provide more advice though...rewward them with purchasing their service ;)

If you didn't know where to start, why did you get that box before asking which box to get?

If you go with a service that has a Kodi addon then install Kodi.

You need to get an IPTV Subscription. You need to download STBEmu App. (High recommended) you can also use other app. Create Profile.

Go to myIPTV.store
They have live chat support. And will help you set up.

The difference is Free version comes with small ads. You can try out the free version and the eventually get pro if you feel like you need it without ads. Overall both are totally same

Thats a decent box for kodi, if you want IPTV, listen to others and get a Mag box

That box will do fine for IPTV. Lots of guys here prefer the dedicated STBs, but honestly an Android box is much more versatile. Choose a provider that has a Kodi add-on and you're good to go. Personally I use Vader's, but I know it's not super stable lately and I wouldn't recommend it. Epicsteams has a great add-on and I've used it in the past and had a good experience.

Don't use perfect player or stbemu, those apps are so ugly. With Kodi you can get a nice sleek UI. I know looks are subjective but I really believe Kodi can look way better than those other two popular apps especially if you just want live tv with no other bells and whistles.

Give it back and get a mag if you don’t know how to set it up best of getting a mag
