Editing and merging 2 m3u lists

Any free (somewhat safe and trustworthy to use lol) software? I think someone asked earlier, but couldnt find it. He was told about a paid version, not sure what it was but i think it was expensive. I dont need anything very professional, I am gonna start using IPTV but I am not a big user.

Will have 2 providers, with M3u list. Wanna merge to list together (1 from each provider) and remove some groups.

What happens when I do this? Or what happens if new channels are added? Do I need to add them manually or this list auto refreshed somehow.

You can just do it in Notepad. It's not all that time consuming, really. I avoided it for a while, but when I gave in it wasn't that bad.

When new channels are added, you will have to add them manually, since your provider doesn't have access to the text files on your PC.
