The 4k coverage plans haven't really been announced yet. I think we'll see some free to air 4k satellite channels picking them up nearer the time, so you'd need a 4k sat box. Maybe a motorised dish too.

Even your local TV provider will not stream it in 4K, even russians with not see it in 4K, so whats the point of your question?

How many fucking times do I have to tell people to stop fucking asking for 4k? 1080p barely fucking exists, and you want something that is 4x the resolution? If you want 4k so fucking bad, pay for a legit service that claims to have it, as there will be no legit 4k pirate stream of it.
