So nice of ace to email there paying costumers to let them know there closing shop since there Facebook shut down at Xmas the only way to get hold of them was by ticket now there login pannel is down no means of contact or info by them
I'm a reseller and havent heard anything. Please can you advise further?

Got my renewal notice last night and it's safe to say ACE is done for good.
“We are no longer offering renewals of the Ace service. You should seek an alternative service.

IMPORTANT: Due to aggressive blocking by internet service providers we have been forced to disable access to UK football games"

The same poster replied and he reckoned they might be honouring all sub's till they expire. Just have to wait until something concrete is announced.

Tried to log in and was pretty most closed to accepting payments
does anyone know whats going on, or how i can renew, or swap my sub over to new hosts as long as it still has the 24hr channels? i have my parents subbed until middle of next month, and pretty much THE only thing they use it for is the 24hr kids stuff like the peppa pig and paw patrol channels for my nieces and nephews. i dont know any other providers that offered this other then ace, and now i can't renew with ace? anyone able to help.
If what I read on another forum is true ace customers will get a free month on their new setup.
The writing has been on the wall for ACE for a while now. Hopefully many of you located alternatives to them.
Most providers disappear overnight but interestingly ACE decided to take the slow spiral of death approach... dragging their customers and resellers with them. It is very interesting to observe.
Sad, they really screwed their resellers who spent a good amount of money with them.
New alternative provider is BS. Right now they are just not accepting payments.

As far as i'm concerned Ace is gone - there website is backup and confirms that they will not be renewing any subs, there intention is now to support existing subs until they expire - the EPL games will not be coming back on this season also.
After looking at this and seeing rumors of their name changing i can also say that i have had confirmation from them (i emailed the sales@ace ect) that they are not changing names and i also couldn't find anything on companies house to suggest so - so i can only assume from going off what they have officially told me and the latest announcement on there website that ACE is finished.
I got email this morning from ACE.
"We recently announced that Ace was no longer accepting renewals or offering new reseller credits but planned to support existing subscription. Due to mounting legal pressure in the UK we have been forced to change our plans and we are now announcing that Ace will close down at the end of March.
This means that from April 1st onwards the Ace service will no longer work.
Please do not request recommendations for an alternative service, you can google "best IPTV service" for options. Please do not ask if we are rebranding/setting up a new service, the answer is no.

Well and truly gone, unable to contact via the website as redirects to error and holding page. Lesson learned in future don't pay for 1-year sub and get burned.
