if you have a plex server, you can use the IPTV add-on in plex, then chromecast from the plex app on web or your phone.
Depending on the stream, the GSE iptv app also does chromecast.
Get a cheap fire tv stick. In my opinion they are far superior to chromecast. I use both but I find the fire tv much better.
