Use locations that dont block the services you like.

Change your VPN and use a different location even.

1. Obfuscation

You need something that shows your internet traffic to look like normal web browsing traffic and not vpn.

2. IP provider name

You need to use a provider that does not show the name of a vpn company when you checkout ip2location.com

On a different note, as stated get something like IPVanish and shove yourself somewhere like France as your connecting location.

As far as im aware blocking only occurs for the EPL theres no court order for any other such blocking. How certain are you that this is the case and not your IPTV provider just having issues
