Every IPTV provider has the same issue because the sources can't use cardsharing anymore for Sky Sports.

With so many people saying Sky F1 has issues. It has to be the channel provider, we all know providers provide multiple services
You can try Sky Sports Mix for today's qualifying, that can still be streamed in HD straight from a UK Cable TV box
Just checked a few provider that use Globe and SS, looks fine, not the best, but perfectly acceptable at FHD and HD resolution.
