Does anyone actually buy into their “server upgrades” a bit like SM when they were being targeted and took card payments offline. Also, why not do it in the middle of the night rather than 12pm on Saturday right before an EPL game that will have a high number of viewers 😏
Edit: the server is back online now, but streams aren’t loading. Which screams out to me that they took the servers offline on purpose so they wouldn’t get tracked or targeted and brought it back up right before kick off. The fact the server is there and not loading, they can just blame it on “devices” or “ISP” or as they claim “The big 6” 😂
Just reporting that I have no service or epg at the moment which would suggest that all services are offline.
I know that there were problems yesterday evening with providers but this seemed to be clear and running as usual well past midnight uk time.
I just wish they had a better platform for notification of issues and eta. Farcebook is useless unless they pin the post - which they don’t - I usually go by the rule that I I can’t post on farcebook then it’s down.
I’ve not had much experience with iptv providers but flawless are very good when it’s working. But saying that, The titanic was the safest ship on the planet until it sank.
Flawless has become a joke now. Goes down during every big event. If it goes down for the Manchester derby later I'm leaving for good.
I switched to them after a really poor service from Necro as per recommendations here.
Midweek for the Liverpool -vs- City game the service kept crashing and going offline seen roughly half the game.
Now this morning it's completely down again.
I submitted a support ticket about it and they blamed it on a "panel bug or mysql bug" and waiting for the provider to release a patch.
I know which panel they are referring to and as a professional PHP/MySQL developer (as well as working with other languages) myself I know this is an outright lie. There is no reason for PHP/MySQL bugs to have ANY impact on the streams as neither of these technologies are capable of streaming video on the protocols used by IPTV. Even if that was the case (which is literally can't be) if there was a bug it would be affecting the streams all the time not just at select times when the big games are on.
Flawless has been wack for a long time. I am actually surprised people fall for their shit. They have gotten to big, all the isp know of them and as much as they try to stop the blocks the isp will continue to win
Alot of it could be down to the latest spectre patch roll outs on server based CPU's. They would have no control over this and would need to be done. Sadly the timing will suck for alot of users, with the footie being on when it's happening but for footie i mainly use SS
The downside to this would be that due to the patch update CPU's that could handle the workload may now be running slower, causing an knock on effect. But I'm assuming they would be fully aware of that if it arises and steps needed to sort it out. If i was to guess, i would say could be an hour or a day(worse case) to fully root out any hardware/loadout tests problems that pop up.

The big test will be for city utd later, I only bought for a month after ace did one. I follow them on twitter and their was a server upgrade this morning which was only brought into play before the Liverpool Everton game, not the best time to roll out which caused more problems which needed ironing out. The fix was for the main server spiking.
