Dreamlink T2 - DOL2 User questions

Hey everybody, I’ve been using the Dreamlink T2 and DOL2 app for a while and really like it. However I’m not sure how to do a couple of things.

Recording - this is really strange, in the past, I plugged in a USB3 thumb drive and tried to record and it worked. Now nothing and I don’t know why. Any tips on how recording works on DOL2?

EPG - my EPG sometimes doesn’t load at all. Sometimes it does. Using other software I have no problems. Is there a way to force load the EPG?

EPG - watch a channel, press epg, scroll down in 5s and populates slowly (they are currently have beta firmwares, whcih is improving this and stable hopefully be couple weeks)

USB - I found USB as Fat32 formatted the best, and if reso set at 1080p then rewind/timeshift is very good on channels also.

Thats just my experience on the Dlite.

Recording is important to have your storage device formatted to Fat32, as was said already.

For the EPG, its gonna be slow for another week or two, but once they release the new firmware, trust me, its going to be dramatically better! If there is nothing loading at all, even if you wait for it to load as you normally would, that is on the server end. Some servers have more issues with EPG than others. Epic, for example, has a great EPG most of the time, but when they do a reset it will go missing for a few hours.
