Favourites Channel List

Hi, i have the Formuler Z7+ box and for the last couple of weeks have noticed my "Favourites" channel list had become bloated with a lot of channels that i had not added, i removed all of these offending channels using the blue remote button but on rebooting the exact same channels are added back into the list as favourites,and keep on being re-added after numerous attempts of deleting them.I have also removed every channel from the list, rebooted box then manually re-added the channels but still the same problem.This is happening with 2 different main IPTV suppliers. Anyone had the same problem and managed to sort it? Regards

Have you tried removing them from the categories they belong in rather than from the favourites list?

What provider are you with?

With the Formuler/Dreamlink boxes, your favourites are stored on the server side, not the box itself. I have had this same issue from time to time with various servers but it usually sorts itself out after a few days and its usually only a handful of channels that get added.

You can try doing a factory reset of the box and reloading the portal, but that might not work either as, like I said, its server side, but its worth a shot if its really annoying you. Before you do the reset, I would delete all the channels you don't want. Well, personally, I'd probably delete the whole list then re-add them after the reset, but you can try the easy way first.
