Im just thinking as I have a couple decent old windows 7 PC's laying around, could I possibly use a PC with a program like STBEMULATOR so I can run a stalker portal. I'm aware I can use M3U options but I don't want too. What y'all think? Get at me

Two options, progtv..or blue stacks and then stb emulator
Does not exist I am afraid. VLC and Kodi are the best there is 😢
Or if laptop is not needed, why not try Android x86 on the laptop.
One of my lenovo I played with flashing Ubuntu, Librelec, Windows, Android x86.
Had it as a quad boot once, til I mess up grub and wiped it all haha.
For the PC I use NOX and loaded STBemupro and it works great!
