Blocking people on Twitter right now who are complaining. Bunch of twats. Blocked me on facebook last week for saying that their customer service was quite poor.

They are overselling and their panel/server combination can't cope with the volume of users.

They should really but putting their customers first rather than ruining the service by taking others on

They have a Facebook group, but all posts are moderated and the second people complain or ask questions, comments are closed. Before big sporting events the servers go off without fail recently. They talk a lot of shit about issues with nonspecific “CPU bugs”, but these bugs only seem to pop up when there is a big televised event.

I just commented that everyone should expect comments to be closed soon and comments were immediately closed. And my post was deleted. What a bunch of fucking muppets.

I know a lot of people did not believe Mark Gould when he posted here the other day talking about a CPU bug causing their issues, but it's 100% real..Xtream Codes is a joke. They are making a fortune (easily €150k+ per month) selling their software and it's full of bugs that take them ages to fix because they know they can take their time. They badly need some competition so they will get off their backsides, hire some more devs and actually fix the things wrong with the panel.

Fine all the time, golf, darts, various European football leagues....as soon as Premiership or Champions League comes on, the "CPU bug" hits.

AND it always works until right when the football starts. Or they shut it off just as the second half is about to start.

Before the CPU bug it was the equally generic "SQL Bug". Or, my all time favourite a few months ago "someone hit the wrong button".

They're either oversubscribed or being blocked. I'd actually rather they just came out and said it. The complete lack of communication from them is so frustrating. Half the time they turn off posts, and don't add an update for ages after it. To be fair to them, looks like they updated more frequently today. I wouldn't know because I was watching it on the new sub I got after the shambles in the last leg of the champions league

Actually cannot watch a top event now as it just goes down without fail every time. Service used to be great but its terrible now. Won't be renewing.

I can only go by what I’ve experienced it seems ok I don’t watch it endlessly, I don’t use the vid I’ve got real debrid with kodi which is better for vod and movies but sports seems fine

That channel list is only about 90% accurate. They are new and adding new channels daily
