I'm trying to track down some IPTV providers that support HLS so that I am able to buffer the stream using HLS-Proxy application ( http://www.hls-proxy.com/ ). I use the same proxy for OTTCLUB which is a Russian service and it works flawlessly without buffering even with high bit rate 1080P streams.
The only service I'm aware of is FAB IPTV.
I was using videos but it dosesn't support HLS.
Looking for mostly European services Italian, UK & US.
Happy to trial some services if it supports HLS.

Nearly anyone who is a supplier that uses xtream panel allows you to use HLS as by default the two streaming profiles enabled on an account are mpegts and hls. Nothing is required to be done with the streams to allow it, it is simply a setting on the panel for that persons line. So if you get an m3u file that ends =ts, just changed it to =m3u8 and it will probably work unless they intentionally have turned the option off, but I know we don't so the client can choose and I'm sure most are the same. Most by default offer ts as HLS plays up with multiroom as the streams don't drop straight away when there is more than one connection like it does with ts, so if the client channel hops a lot they'll reach their max connections, this doesn't happen with hls if their max connections is 1
