I just received the set tv box but it won't connect to my wifi, gives connect error when I put in password. Connected to ethernet and downloaded new firmware but still won't connect to wifi, which is the connection I need. Any thoughts ? I've rebooted the box multiple times and rebooted my home network as well

What's the model of your box and who's your service provider?
If you have the ethernet cable plugged in, then unplug it and see if that works.
check wifi channels tvbox wifi may not support your current channel from router, other option is to check dhcp settings on router.
The box is setplex so 110 for the set tv IPTV service

I did that .when it tries to connect via wifi is when I get the connect error. I've rebooted so many times now the box won't even get to the page where it is showing me networks to connect to
