I did a rather long FB Post so I will just copy and paste it here as it is easier.
Good Evening All,
I just wanted to clear things up and bring some ease to everybody minds as I can understand why suddenly everyone would be concerned with the recent exodus of senior staff.
I can promise you, after taking a nap I was equally just as shocked by everything. Some of it was to be expected but a couple won't. Now I have always been a strong advocate of being honest about things on here so I'm going to do my best to explain everything.
What is important is an understanding of it all for you lot as end users. Everything that has happened is mainly internal politics. I don't want to go into any form of mudslinging so I will keep this area short. Myself and Stephen Flaw were not seeing eye to eye for a while as Flawless itself changed a lot from what we originally expected it to be (we never thought we would have more than 1000 subscribers) to what it has grown into and this also means us as people changed, which is just one of those things that happen in life. As such in the end he decided to leave to focus on family, Chelsea being his sister followed suit which was to expected Ash and him are good friends so that was also to be expected. Steve C and David obviously also announced that they were leaving shortly after and that is again their choice and I wish them the best in whatever they decide to do.
The important thing to understand is all of these people purely served a customer service role and nothing was done or managed by them on the backend. Most of you are assisted by mods and all of our amazing mods are still here. I have to take a moment to truly express how amazing they actually are. Flawless has had it rough with Blocks and the CPU bug which we have overcome and this couldn't have been done without their amazing support so I could focus on these issues. And again today whilst I was taking a quick 3 hour nap before the football and everything started to happen they all jumped on straight away to help out and deal with posts like soldiers to a battlefield and in my honest opinion Flawless wouldn't be Flawless without them.
So you are going to be wondering what happens now? A mod was already being trained into a senior mod and this will continue. Depending on how long you have been here you will know of Tensay, who will be coming back full time and I was already in the process of training some else up to be a mod. So in the interim tickets may take longer to reply to, channels may take slightly longer to fix till everything balances out. But you will still have the same team of great mods supporting you with issues.
Everything else that is planned and in development will continue. Our new Kodi addon is near its final stages for release and there is much more planned there that is under wraps for now, but will blow your mind. We will continue to add more and more channels to our own local source and we will continue to work on providing a stable service for you all.
For me Flawless isn't just a service, I know my arrogance can be strong but in my mind I'm fully aware customers rely on us for events, some just to get normal TV and have paid for this service. That mods/admin rely on us for their lives as well as resellers. These things are always on my mind and what drives me to work 16 hours a day or longer if issues happen, and for that reason alone we always push forward and never give up as we are fighters.

P.S. As for the companies house stuff, someone below has given a rather accurate explanation and means nothing for the service
Shutting down on 28th I've seen on Facebook. Something to do with companies registration. Loads of admin have left.. New sports only offering has been set up. Little ace like now
