Gold and Express are stalker based services. STBEmulator is about your best bet.
If you change to a Xtreamcodes provider there are dozens of APKs that work. PerfectPlayer, IPTVSmarters and ProgTV seem to be a few of the most popular but they won't work with your listed providers.
