I am using a Vader reseller. My primary issue is that every time I open a trouble ticket I get a response maybe 18 to 24 hours later saying “Reported to Vader”. Huh?? Seems to be a disconnect
Therefore does anybody know a direct signup link to Vader? No resellers please! Been there, done it.
Vader is satisfactory, especially during the daytime though service sucks mightily after 6:30 pm central.

Vader has instant support via telegram. There is no need to put in a support ticket when you can live chat with admin.

Whole point of resellers is so the main provider doesn't deal much with users, but resellers do and are in turn offered better pricing then if users bought direct. What can reseller do except notify the provider of a problems. Reseller can't fix any channel issues but can report them, and can help with user side, device setup etc.
