Are you in the UK? The government changed the rules so that they can block literally ANYTHING they want without warning, on the assumption that they believe the IP streams the football. This only happens during the matches though, and will return to normal when it finishes. It sucks, but what can you do? Just get a VPN or buy a $2 a year VPS and set up openvpn on it, depends on how cheap you want to be.

Sounds like your ISP is blocking you. Trial may have worked because it was new traffic and now its blocked as well. I guess just stick to using VPN or try a different ISP.

What device are you using? Maybe you could take the device to a friend’s house thats in a different ISP and see if it works?

Which IPTV service did you sign up to?

You might want to change your DNS servers as well. Your ISP may be de-listing certain destinations. The google ones work well - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
