I was having a lot of buffering on my Fire TV's and Fire Stick until I changed my Decoder to HW+ and my buffer from 1 to 3. Now my channels change faster and buffering is almost non-existent.
Hey, the lowest buffer is 1 and the highest is 4. At the moment they don't make a big difference as the stream doesn't fill the buffer before playing. However you could set the buffer to 4 and then pause the stream and you would then have a large buffer available. Hope that helps.
