Just seen MNF today on Sky Sports and when FHD & HD channels are down, i switch on SD and has been shocked!
Channel was 1024x576 and 50 FPS. I just have for the first time seen Sky channel in 50 FPS. I don't understand - it was a fake 50 fps or Sky always was in 50, just IPTV suppliers rarely deliver it in that format?
This has happened a few times from a few different providers, mostly ppl testing streams as MNF typically isn't as popular as the weekend. No ones ever ran it for any length of time as far as I know because they can't get it reliably enough.
Who is your IPTV provider? What do they say?
This always results in an argument but all UK TV is 25fps.
Not all UK TV is 25. Iplayer even has 50fps streams

What kind of software do you use to see the fps meter?
Noticed BT has been put to 50fps also when not direct is used

After MNF, channel was replaced to FHD...
Also, bitrate of stream was about 3000-9000 kbps.
I think globe supply sky uk in 50fps tried it recently via epic but they got pulled as my trial started so only had sky sports F1 in 50fps at the time
