Hi, My Mag box (either 254 or 256) has been prompting me more frequently for authentication. Sometimes while I'm watching a channel it will do it. I have 2 providers that are not password based, I have 2 portals setup with url's & gave my resellers my Mac. The only fix that I do now is unplug it, press the Menu button, select my portal and everything works fine.

I have not done a firmware update for a long time, do you think this will fix? Or should I contact my resellers and have them remove my Mac and readd it. Thanks for any help!
