I've had nothing but issues with this crappy $100 android box but there is no one to complain to... There was a forum at one point that some of the developers would respond on, but that forum was hacked and spammed months ago and never restored...
I found two reseller websites dreamlinkusa.com and buydreamlink.com but nothing for the actual manufacturer...
I can't even complain on amazon (where i purchased it) because the listing for the T1+ no longer exists and I'm outside the return window...
They do not help or respond. I've reached out a few times to inquire about the buffering issue on higher data intensive HD channels and have had zero help. I also have a T1+ that runs the same IPTV subscription, I even spent money on extra providers to test the two boxes against each other, moved them from different spots in the house, wired/wireless, vpn/no vpn. T1+ runs smoothly while T2 is always buffering. Firmware updates do nothing, box reset does nothing.

I have a Buzz TV XPL 3000 arriving this week. I'll be interested to see if the EPG is better then the T1+ that I am keeping.
Mine crapped out after a month and I contacted dreamlink about it, they told me to go through amazon who gave me a full refund.
where did you get yours? I would start there as if you bought from a reseller, they may be able to get in touch with their contacts. Are you trying to get a replacement? I doubt any reseller might want to get involved if you did not get it from them as they will not gain anything from doing it.
Dreamlink is just rebranded boxes for a reseller the actual manufacturer of these boxes is formuler. If you have the t1 plus i think the formuler z is the same box

I love this world where android box hackers give customer service. Unfortunately I’m pretty certain it doesn’t exist. If it does - let us all know! I’ve got plenty of questions about my T2.
What’s wrong with it? Newest dreamlink firmwares have been getting quite better. Seems Their finally getting things together, for the T2 anyways.
