Easiest option for recording and timeshift.

So in everybodys opinion, whats the easiest way to get recording and timeshift with IPTV?

I have messed with TVHeadend, but could never get the epg working. And now it doesn’t record anymore for some reason.

I have tried NextPVR, but that kept crashing kodi on startup.

What other options do I have? Would rather for windows, but open to anything. Any help would be appreciated.

We have 14 day CATCHUP which can be record onto a USB stick as a download ,so 5 min for each hour of recording . also live recording and VOD recording via MAG

Buy a dreamlink. Seriously what is with so many people needing to dvr their shit when providers have timeshifting, and you can always torrent whatever your provider doesn't timeshift for you.

It's like you people are stuck in the fucking dark ages.
