I’ll be buying a new box soon and was whats the best box for what I need. I would like it to have a EPG, be able to record one channel while watching another. (I’m allowed 3 streams). Timeshift, a IR receiver so I can use my harmony remote to control. And I know this sounds stupid, but do any have a clock in front, lol. Didn’t realize how much I use that thing until I got rod of cable. Might be a long shot but is there a good box that does all this?

Easybox iptv is the best iptv box that I've ever used.
Depending on how techie you are and where you are located, I would suggest an Enigma2 receiver. There are many different brands, I'm sure one will have a clock on the front as they are primarily a satellite receiver designed for the European market. They can be made to play IPTV quite easily and will allow recording on one channel while watching another if you can have multiple connections with your provider with a bit of manipulating. Also, there is no box that does EPG better than an E2. I have one and I use my Harmony remote with it with no issues.
Minix Neo U1 is pretty good. A little expensive, but awesome.
