Finding them for cities like Miami and Orlando won't be the problem as much as finding them working as more then a rarely maintained and afterthought addition to the channel lineup will.

I'd look into seeing if a free antenna feed would work in your area first. I'm about 40 miles outside Orlando and it serves me well for local news and such.

Local channels is really hard for most IPTV providers.. since there is soo many US cities. We have some but mostly in Miami.

check tvfool.com and see if you can get them with a OTA Antennae. That would be easier than trying to find a provider with what you want. Seriously.
