nowgetiptv took the money out of the hands of a deaf person that is definitely struggled all his life. Never sent the code,took the full year for epicstream money,and is not responding. Doesn't get much more dispicable than this. Sent several emails to them wanting them to confirm they got the money,but they failed to respond. I got confirmation emails to prove things went through. But when I asked for confirmation or his end,and for the 1 year epicstream code. He never responded. Total crook,Do not dare do business with him.Epicstream is a good service,and this nowgetiptv makes them look bad. If he'll do it to the handicapped,He'll do it to anyone.

Really? When I asked you to confirm that payment was sent because we had received nothing. You refused to show me a screenshot that an ACTUAL payment has been sent. Making it impossible to research with the bank when or IF a payment has been sent.

When you did final send a payment yesterday, via Interac Email Transfer, you didn't give us a password to cash it. You just DEMANDED service. When you did provide a password around 11pm EST last night, BOTH failed.

As it CURRENTLY stands, your bill isn't paid. And you are bad mouthing me!!

NowgetIPTV is one of Ultrabox supported and trusted resellers. This is probably the first complain I have heard about the reseller. On top of that NowgetIPTV provides support to Ultrabox customers in an official capacity as well.

I have spoken to nowgetiptv personally and I am sure we help resolve this issue. I can assure you, your account will be activated (if it hasn't already) and you will not be losing your money.

I would also say public shaming doesn't help in this case. Work with the reseller to resolve issues, nowgetiptv is not new on the block and has been in the business for a while. They have a large customer base and excellent customer service.

Try to work with them, instead of making public posts everywhere.

I use nowgetiptv for my epicstream subscription and I have only good things to say about this reseller. And based on the official epicstreams support forums, he's now one of the moderators.

So between my experience (and I've told 2-4 friends to purchase Epic thru this site as well, with no complaints), and the fact that he's now an official moderator at the epicstream forums, I suspect there either has been an unfortunate case of miscommunication or something similar.

I know quite a few people like to speak good things about nowgetiptv. But their website and service is flawed. It showed a confirmation email that everything went through. I contacted them around 5 pm the next day.Giving them the benefit of doubt that my 1 year code was coming,and contacted him first by private email, and asked him if he received my $168.00.A lot of money to some people. He replied back later to me. saying I needed to provide a screen shot of the transaction. If the service with them isn't flawed,Why send a confirmation email after saying things were completed. This is misleading,and usually confirmation email means everything went through smoothly. Every service I have ever signed up with ,hasn't needed a picture taken of the page and sent to them. I told him I didn't have a cell phone or digital camera,and god knows this to be true. After that, he disappeared aka never responded to 2 emails. I again, privately sent them, requesting them, on their end ,to verify if things went through.and if they received the $168.00 payment. No responce.I don't potentially have their money,They potentially have mine. Nothing to lose on their end.Plenty to lose on my,and anyone elses end.Also has no way to contact him on the website,Does that sound right to all you guys. Does that sound like someone you want to do business with.I ended up going with another seller. Price was 119.00 for the year instead of 168.00, Confirmation came in within the hour,as well as the code,and it is working right now. For all you guys that think spending an extra $40.00 and taking a screen shot,and a service that thinks you are up to something if you don't own a cell phone or digital camera,and feel the need to go back n forth for several days still trying to confirm if he is going to give you the service you paid for ,and offend the handicapped,Then this is the right reseller for you. Everyone here can clearly see it is not.
