Epic IPTV is currently the one with the most Brazilians channels that i know of and a lot of them are in HD too but it's not m3u. Our European server has a lot of HD channels too and can be used with m3u based devices and apps. PM me if you are interested. Thanks!

voodoo...imo best for Portuguese- port and br - fairly stable
also try nipsat as they have lots of Brazilian but takes a few seconds to load
just depends which channels you want. search reddit as some else asked same question before

I don't know much about m3u files, I use a Mag box and will try Dreamlink Dlite for recording capability. Crown has good selection, Voodoo also. I will try Ipguys later this year as well (all for Brazil content)
