half the stuff said in this article was posted here and i can 100% say atleast 2-3 things mentioned were found to be fake so already i'm questioning the credibility of this article and how much is actually factual. very poor from torrent freak

I can't help thinking that this flies in the face of data privacy laws. Yes it was an 'illegal' service essentially, but there isn't evidence (that I'm aware of) that individual users were using it illegally, for example if I'm an Ace subscriber but only access 'free tv', itv, BBC etc, then there is no way for them to know this purely from a payment record.
If my details are made public, i will seek damages.
