GSE IPTV app or IPTV Smarters are both in the appstore and use XC API logins. Work really well.
GSE IPTV app is pretty good for me

GSE has bugged out on me to the point I had to reboot my phone to get it to connect to my provider again. Several times. I gave up on it. Others seem to have better luck with it.

Slick tv and kodi (addons) are the only options I’ve come across. Try appvalley but you’ll have to resign the apps. If u don’t mind paying once a year NOT to resign, get the vip.
I tested many iptv apps for ios (two phones one jailbroken and the other not) : IP Television, IPTV, GSE, Cloud Stream, StalkerTV, rIPTV. ..etc The best one so far is rIPTV followed by GSE anf IP Television. The problem with rIPTV is that you cant load a big playlist, but you can edit the playlist with a text editor and remove unwanted channels, maybe they fixed this issue in their last version i didn't check it. But its still my favorite, you get accurate EPG and nice layout.
If your provider support Stalker 5.0 and up, you should then use the best of them all is StalkerTV
