I'm very new to the IPTV scene and need some guidance. I plan on running IPTV on my fire stick using Stb emulator and on two of my smart Samsung TVs using Smart-STB. I rather not pay for each individual device as then cost will almost same as subscribing for regular cable. Thank in advance
Here is some non-reseller or looking to sell you on anything guidance:
For starters, it sounds like you are starting off on the wrong foot as far as reality expectations go. "Saving money" on your immediate monthly bill should be the last thing you are focusing on fresh off cutting legit cable. Especially if you are are talking about household of people there you are going to have to sell the switch to.
Secondly, if you have this image in your head where you are going to put 1 Vader Streams account on 3 TV's in your household, with everything being smooth sailing from there while you pile up those savings....check that at the door right now. Vader can be a great value, but the cost of that value comes in form of consistent stability. For every one day where everything you want to watch is working great on all 3 setups, expect another where all 3 are having the same buffering issues. Which generally amounts to IPTV 101, and why most seasoned IPTV users here will tell you that you are going to want to have/run at least 2 different providers to bypass a lot of the headache. Understand the real "saving" with IPTV doesn't come in form of being a 1-to-1 regular TV replacement....it's in not paying (a lot) extra for sports/movie/foreign packages.
Lastly, firesticks suck for IPTV. So does the choice to use STBEMU and those crappy internal SmartTV setups . Yeah, I know a lot of people out there will tell you differently, and if you are just looking for somebody to tell you what you want to hear by all means believe away. But they are the least ideal transition path you could take. My advice there would be to skip the noobie learning mistakes people tend to make in the name of trying to "save' as much as possible, and don't be afraid to spend more up front. If you are more comfortable with Android, buy both a month of Vader **AND** Eternal TV at the $23 it'll cost for both with Eternal's there connection option. Both have solid APK's that are easy installs and better then STBEMU. Then at least go down to Walmart and buy yourself a Xiaomi MI Box for your main TV setup, and ideally grabbing a USB ethernet adapter to complete it as going hardwire for IPTV is *always* a great no-fail idea (the UGREEN ones work with it).
