Never bought from eBay resellers but I use Gold IPTV for my Hindi/Urdu channels and I'm pretty happy with it. Big variety and decent quality of channels. Try out a trial with them from some reseller before you buy and see if you like it.

With Ebay its very much geared towards international channels IE arab african and also what youre looking for such as Urdu. for me personally i find that the main IPTV providers on here international channels are not their main concern therefore you will find many dead channels and buffer issues. the only downside to using these Ebay sellers is that they insist on paying for a full year sub rather than month by month. go for a trial and hope its the right one

Avoid Ebay. Post your question here: /r/iptvresellers/ there are a few who specialize on Asian channels, get some trials and test for yourself.
