My sub with TNT was set to expire today, May 16th and I have been trying to get paid up for a couple of days. I have been unable to access the client area at all. The only thing that comes up is this:
"Down for Maintenance (Err 3) Working hard to improve things. Please check back later."
Last night I got an email from them saying that the card on file did not go through and payment was declined. First off, I don't recall their system saving the card details and I never OK that anywhere if I can help it. Besides, the card is perfectly fine so I wonder what is up with them. Have they folded and gone out of business?
We don't mind giving TNT up as a provider that we use because we mainly use them for a few channels plus they seem to be using the same source for USA as 2 others that we are subbed with.
Forgot to mention that the account/sub had been disabled as of this morning May the 16th. I still can't access anything other than their home page. Every other link gives the error mentioned in my OP.
