Any IPTV service that offers an m3u and xmltv listings are what you want.
I've tried a few. Vaders was quite good but went downhill badly around the time all the mystreams subscribers moved over from smoothstreams.
Rather than wait about for them to sort it out, I switched over to flawless and I'm happy enough.
That said, I'm only really interested in their British and Irish channels so can't comment on vod and the like if that's what you're interested in. I don't use it. Maybe it's great. I don't know.
It's a tenner a month in the UK. Can't remember the website but if you search around you'll find it.
