I'm done with the also. Customer service is in the toilet and too many issues and channels down all the time recently

There comes a point where the sub should just be cancelled and another service tried. Enough leave, and it would grab their attention. I had Epic for a few months and have spent the last 7 months with a bundled service of both Vaders and Nitro. Honestly could not be happier. And yes, that is despite Vader “upgrade” pains a few months ago. When one service tanks, there is another fall back. Best $25 I spend every month. Runs specials often for $80 for 4 months - which is about as far as I go on pre-paying.

I know they are having some back end issues. They even announced yesterday that they have been working to correct them and they listed the channels affected.

Probably don’t want people posting channel issues because they already know what channels are down and getting flooded with reminders is counterproductive.

Have some patience, they’ll get it sorted. Its a good service.

Hey everyone, We are an epicstream reseller and there is one thing i can promise you is that there is constant work on the servers to get the streams running smooth. As for the support portion that really comes down to your reseller. If your reseller is neglecting you, you can't blame that on EpicStream, but rather on the reseller who you are purchasing the subscription from. I know it sounds like i am drinking the company Kool-aid but i know when i put a ticket it saying channel XYZ is down or out of sync they get back to me very quickly.
