buzz tv not recognizing the active iptv subscription..

Hi.. i am using buzz tv xpl 3000 for 6 months now, with out any issues... This morning when i was trying to click on live tv, it was blanking out for a while and was returning to home screen after a minute. Same happend with VOD, i tried to check the server info, i was not able to get into the server page as well.

I tried to restart couple of times and decided to factory reset ( with erase). Later i did initial set up and it did allow me to set up the new server but when i click connect, it says "Please contact your provider to register this device" .. i have noticed there is no change in MAC address.

I am doing something wrong here... thanks.

As it says...check with your supplier, they may be down

Sorry bud, did your provider do a refesh on your account?

As someone said, they might have to refresh your MAC address now.

If that doesn't work, make a new MAC address by hitting the blue button on the settings page.

Change it to whatever you want and give the new mac address to your supplier to update the account.

This comes in handy if a supplier is being unresponsive and has your MAC address locked to a certain IPTV Supplier' servers and you want to change.
