Best Way to Record IPTV on Windows 10

How can I setup my Windows 10 to record IPTV like a DVR (scheduled times)?

NextPVR is what I use, but also SimpleTV is a light way of recording on Win 10. Both have DVR capabilities.

I'll have to check out NextPVR, looks good with Kodi. If your provider has playlist url and epg url, try this free Windows app it has recording ability: http://borpas.info/iptvplayer

App is in russian but has english controls so its easy to figure out, its basically advanced VLC skin. Right click and choose Settings - then select Expert mode. Under General tab you'll see epg url.

For timer recording right click and choose Scheduler. Enable it and create a new task.
