Fire stick is an okay experience actually, especially with their APK. Certainly there are better options out there but which one is best for you will depend greatly on what, exactly, you want your experience to be.
Do you want simple, cable-like, experience with a full remote, plug and play, cable-style EPG?
Do you want a solid android experience with various apps as well as IPTV?
Do you want to use just Vader or are you planning to have a backup service? If so, the ability to switch easily between them will be important and can dictate it.
There are just so many options and everyone will have their opinion on which one is best. The reality, though, is that what is best for them may not be best for you. Let us know what's important to you and I can try to help you out.
