No idea but if looking for sub let me know :)
Flawless are making a new site and will probably be reseller only so you won't be able to extend your account. Find a reseller or a new server is my suggestion!
I think it's too late for them to try to shed their identity to be honest. The old company is property of the crown and they will want their few hundred grand in taxes. They aren't just going to forget about that. Something something stable doors/horse already bolted....
