Recommendations for F1 / Sports channels?

I have a service currently that I'm paying for about 50 GBP for 6 months, but since I live in the middle east the buffering is almost unbearable and I will most likely be requesting a refund. Primarily, I am interested in being able to watch sports, with a heavy focus in F1 and obviously the world cup now. I love the channel options on this, I get all british sports and US sports, but for the price I'm thinking I should be able to get something better. Robs satellite TV had servers everywhere and the F1 was flawless for me in 1080p, while this barely works in 480p.

I would like to be able to watch on browser, iphone and Apple TV.

This is not about IPTV but I want to answer. Go to r/soccerstreams. Open a random post, click on the websites on most upvoted comments. Most of those websites have streams for soccer, basketball or F1. If you like a website, simply save its adress, you will be able to watch F1 streams easily.

I live in Mid-East too, this is how I watch every event :)

Nice streams in SD, HD, FHD, all S|ky and BT sport's + NHL, NBA, UFC, all your PPV too.
