No sound on SD channels using Perfect Player, HW+, FAB, and firestick.

Hello,

I was previously using Kodi with my FAB IPTV service but discovered PP and like it a lot better. The only issue I have noticed so far is that with the decoder set as HW+ I get no audio on SD channels. If I have the Decoder set as Hardware I get audio but the video is very weird and pixelated.

So with hardware I get audio but weird pixelated video, with HW+ I get perfect video with no audio. And this only happens on SD channels, HD channels work regardless of if I'm using HW or HW+.

SD channels work fine when being played though Kodi, although I don't really like using Kodi for IPTV.

What mediaplayer and codec are you using?

Go to settings playback and select auto. After that get out of settings and hit menu, (button with 3 lines) go to the little camera icon and make sure audio track is set to und. If that doesn't work and you are using an old fire tv stick I suggest upgrading to a fire tv box or newer fire tv stick. The old ones processors aren't very good and they tend to not work well for iptv.

You can change the decoder per channel on PP. Press the three line button and change the decoder to either hardware or software.
