In another note: just got told XE still works if you switch from API to M3U, so...
I use Xtream-Editor Standard with the m3u, Heinz plugin and I've re-ordered the channels through E-Channelizer. Works really well.
Unfortunately, as has been said, the Pro version doesn't let you use an m3u, its API only. I know that Vader is developing their own API but there is no timeline on when it will be available. XE has indicated they would be interested in working with that API whenever its available, so there is hope that support for that format will return at some point.
Can i import via xtream editor (m3u). And then use heniz to use catch-up. Never used heniz. Any guide or anything?
I found the answer to this last night. Use ProgTV, put in info as normal, goto additional options and enable catchup, it’s the first option from the drop down. Catchup works after when you select back from guide. You’ll see a time stamp on supported channels.
Just a heads up. It looks like Vaders is working with API in Xtream editor for the time being
I'm figuring out Vader's with Xtream use, but I can not get perfect player to use the archive/Catch up feature with my new .m3u file. From reading this post, it appears some people are still able to access the catch up feature. Is there anything special that needs done to achieve this? I'm just editing their m3u file and downloading theirs.
If your only issue is catchup, try using the Heinz plugin, ask around on the support channels.
