They are not accepting new customers or renewing expired accounts - itsd pay via bitcoin before expiry or they recommend using a reseller. Another user here said they are moving all customers off and going wholesale only.
I was removed from the Facebook group the other day, so raised a ticket to be added back in. I was told that they would no longer be using the group and all queries would be handled via the client area. I go to open the app today and I can't log in and the same on the client area. Try to reset my password and apparently my account doesn't exist!
I think it's a simple case of Flawless are up shit creek and are probably trying to wind down now.

Other people report their accounts being deleted also. Just a jab in the air but you’re probably better off not being a customer there. They don’t want your account for a reason.
