Are Flawless just pretty much dead at this point?
Loss of integrity seems to be a huge theme, not that I have any grounds to complain on, I knew the score and risks and took them on when I signed up. Just appears that they have fallen off the face of the earth?
I was with Flawless. It was a great service to begin with, very few issues with streams and the VOD was awesome. Then came the problems... PayPal issues, refusal to add new lines, rumours of them shutting down, DDoS attacks from disgruntled former mods.
When my sub was up no invoice was generated. I raised a ticket the day before it was due, they told me to raise another one when it had expired if an invoice hadn't been generated. So I did. As soon as I raised the ticket my client area account was deleted and I was kicked from the support group on Facebook. I've got no problem with them shutting up shop, but that's a fucking shitty way to do it. It looks to me like they're just letting peoples subs run down preparing to close. Maybe they're going underground. Who knows. They appear to be a bunch of fucktards though.

Reading between the lines of their Facebook group messages, they are not letting any customers renew directly with them. They've transferred some resellers to a parallel service (different dns). Not sure why they don't just tell customers that they are not taking renewals - no one can really complain that much - they've received what they paid for.
I agree. I make purchase monthly. A little more work but worth it.
It's all strange. They are not renewing subs and kicking people out of the group YET they are adding new people to the group.
I messaged one of the resalers on Twitter. I wanted to sub for one month to try it out. He replied with an offer for a lifetime sub for $100. I told him no. He still messages me trying to get me to buy. Very suspicious.

general rule of thumb is once a provider starts to move a little funny i.e asking for bitcoin only or deletes their facebook account, its time to start thinking about another provider. don't ask questions why they're doing what they're doing, don't ask why they're not responding or anything just quietly move to another. i stress yet again not to buy a yearly or even 6 monthly with anyone regardless of how trustworthy they may seem
