What browser? Try something other than Chrome if you are using that. It’s been on / off for me too (on Chrome) However I found other browsers to work much better 😊than Chrome. Xx. I am using Safari, but try Firefox and vice versa if you are using Chrome. Also make sure your antivirus and such, malware off. I know that messes with mine. I go to my hidden programs.
ProgDVB is very good. EPG works.

perfect player is garbage on windows. nextpvr is buggy using vaders on windows. ip-tv player 49.1 works well, as does progdvb/tv.
for progdvb/progtv on windows, go into the progdvb/channels folder and remove the epg.dat files. rescan the providers in progdvb and all of the old epg listings will be gone.
MyIPTVPlayer, ProgTV/DVB Make sure to update your epg when using progtv. If that doesn't work you can manually remove the epg data files from within progdvb folders.
I would recommend NextPVR. Great EPG, and elegant UI. It even has the capability to record!
