Vaders and editing categories

Hey all. So I'm trying to figure this out and neither myself or my reseller knows the answer. Basically I made the english categories the only ones I wanted to see and I think I did that through the APK. I also use vaders through a mac, web and perfect player. Now when I go to change the categories like add Filipino or something I can't seem to do it. I've deleted all vaders apks and perfect player and logged out on all my webplayers. Installed APK on 1 device and I Still can't edit my categories. I did get a popup saying "server down" or something when I try to edit through the APK. Other than that I'm stumped...is there something else I could be trying? Thanks.

try editing categories using your vaders online account. http://watch.vaders.tv/login i edited mine when I first signed up and I have never had a problem.

Change your password, it seems to reset all categories, so anything you turned off will be back to default. If you use the m3u link method to get your channels on a box and have favorites you might lose those favorites (they disapper on my z7+ if I have to change the password on the m3u link). Just have to go back in and re add them to favorites.

You could try hitting the support chat rooms on Telegram to know if there are issues. It was not working yesterday, but seems fixed now.

Thanks all. Resetting password worked and now all the categories are back!
