I have an IPTV service subscription for Express TV taken 3 months back thru 24hoursiptv.com. I have this installed on my SAMSUNG TV and use it through SMART-STB.
For the past 7 days, VOD on this has just stopped working. I have been writing to the provider and have just not been hearing back anything at all.
Has anyone else had this issue and are you getting any answer back on this?

Express is a stalker based service, meaning its mac address based. Who you ordered from is a reseller. Your reseller probably doesn't have a direct connection to their engineering team, that's just how it is with stalker based services, and for good reason to not get shut down. I believe in having multiple providers for these scenarios but for VOD, I wouldn't even bother using any providers VOD because even if it works, you could be in the middle of a film and something goes wrong with the stream, has happened to me several times. Also providers are getting away from VOD to avoid being shut down. For VOD you should use something else like torrents, paid Plex share, Terrarium, Usenet, many options.
Working just fine here in Aus both live tv and VOD on my buzz tv xpl.
Live Tv works thankfully. VOD has just not loaded for the past week.
Thanks mate..! Just that the VOD Just to work very well with these guys and suddenly stopped working. Don’t know much about some of the stuff like plex etc that you mentioned... may need to do some research on it. Are these apps that can be installed on TV? I don’t want multiple set up boxes etc and hence use SMART STB direct on my Samsung

OP there have been changes made to xstream codes which make VOD stuff not work for emulators, especially for TV. I do not know if express has updated their servers, but that could be the issue. I personally use Express, with a MAG 254 and VOD has worked perfectly fine. Just 2 days ago I watched Jurassic World II Fallen Kingdom CAM on the Video Club.
I can check in the morning/afternoon and see if things are working, just tell me what you want me to test and I will let you know if I can watch something from whatever VOD section, as long as it's not porn haha.

Its because resellers can't do anything about it. Most stalker providers are like that. No one has direct contact with admins and its best for everyone they stay anonymous.
I completely understand that... but as a paying public, I would expect a response with a time line at the least. Just telling me that it’s working on some others models is just not good enough.
I tried loading it thru a android box as well since according to them the box is working fine and still have the same issue. I would much prefer if they honestly tell me they can patch the issue..
My Express service isn’t working at all right now. Are you having problems with just VOD, or Live TV as well?
