It's been a terrific couple of months for Helix. Many customers have signed up and enjoying our services. It's been really exciting times.

After listening and having really interesting conversations with our customers, we identified these interesting tidbits

  • When we created UK Helix, we had an overwhelming amount of US/CA customers who wanted their own package
  • These customers really only watch channels from North America.
  • UK channels are full of people with accents and they do not watch them.
  • They do not care too much about VOD or have other means to get them.
  • They wanted a focus package for their needs

Mate I can watch 4K YouTube vids for days but trying to watch your 1080p vods with buffering every 10,20,30 seconds. 200mb download. Pausing to let buffer for ages does nothing either.

Just signed up the other day. Excellent service at a superb price. VOD and catchup seem a bit hit and miss is this something you are looking into?

Just want to post to say thank you for the excellent service. Whilst i have encountered some buffering (it's not my end) you seem to offer multiple channels for the same thing so, with a quick flick around I can usually find a stream that doesn't buffer. Even the World Cup football has been well provided for with the backup channels.

Helix is becoming one of those providers that thinks its found a gap in the market. The reason why many users don't complain about buffering or channels being down is that they usually have an alternative i.e an arab channel or other languages are showing the same game so they over look it. with this option u now have to deliver an almost perfect service and whilst i see the thinking behind this i have to wonder who are these people u claimed to have listened to that are demanding less channels.

You guys are tough!!! Last year this time nobody was talking about the provider everybody is talking about today. They found how to get there sups up buy offering the 5 connections with great price...during that time they buffered everyday and picture was good not great.... NOW they are on top of the food chain. Not saying Helix will be the next one since they don't have 5 connection for great price. I see external and kodi solutions with that option for around $100

I wish there was an iptv that had the same interface as set tv and the channel numbers also. This Helix looks just like ethernal tv, most iptv look just like ethernal tv.
