So I just bought one after being frustrated by poor guide options like Perfect Player and TVIRL. After buying one of course I see that the WiFi and Ethernet speeds are slow, would it somehow be possible to use a WiFi usb dongle to increase speed? And secondly is it also possible to use a USB hub on it, if in fact the WiFi dongle is a viable option? Thanks
I don't know how you can find the ethernet slow, as it's a hardwired 100mbit port. If you're having issues with it being hardwired it's quite possible your ISP is actually throttling your IPTV data and causing your connecting to choke. You should be able to use a usb hub on it, as it's Android based. What do you got to lose but to buy one from amazon and try it out?

Well up to this point I’m disappointed in the internet connectivity. I wasted money on a pipeline that I thought would help since I can go wired. However wired offers worse service than the dongle that goes in an out. So I’ve ordered the adapter that someone above posted. Should be here tomorrow so we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully it solved my troubles or I’ll be returning it and trying out the buzz tv box. I wish the shield could get the damned MYTVONLINE app. I’d have never bought this box if so and I’d be willing to spend big money on just the app.
I'm using iptv on formuler z7+ device (gse smart iptv). good a device. I bought for US channels. Should use LAN cable.
I haven’t actually received the box yet or I’d already be trying these things out. I just keep seeing how WiFi connectivity is a problem. Wiring it is not an option at this point unless I some sort of adapter. However, if a USB dongle works I have a really good one that I’m not using at the moment, which is why I was wondering
If you ordered the North American version of the box, it will come with a wifi dongle that gets much better speeds than the internal wifi on the European model. The LAN speed is limited to 100 mb/s, but that is more than enough for IPTV and I really see no need for anything more. I strongly recommend you hardwire your box regardless of the dongle you are using.
Not sure about the hub thing since I have an EU version with internal wifi that has worked fine the couple of times I've used it and I have no reason to connect anything other than my hard drive to the USB port.
